Hi, this motherboard has been discontinued; there is currently some brand-new stock remaining.

Does this mobo supports RGB?

Yes. It has 4 RGB headers and Gigabyte software handles the pattern/colors.

Is this a rev 1.1 or rev 1.4?

so far this Intel Motherboard is better than the AMD motherboard Im using it's just better.

Will Bios need to be flash for I5 13600k?

No. Z790 boards are designed for 13th gen out of the box so it will boot. Z690 boards may require a bios update if using 13th gen.
