Does anyone encounter the issue only Bluetooth works but wifi cannot be detected?

I have this issue currently and cannot connect to the internet via cable.  I will get a USB wireless card soon and see if updating everything (OS, BIOS, drivers) fixes this.  Is the card supposed to be undetectable in the PCIe slot? My MB says the slot this card is plugged in is empty, and MB USB port displays "unknown device".

is there any way for me to get a replacement antenna? My little brother broke one of them

Thank you for contacting us with your question. As stated by another customer, this card appears to use a standard wifi antenna.  If you are looking for a replacement to be shipped to you however, I would suggest reaching out to MSI for more information.

Do the antennas only affect WiFi reception, or Bluetooth as well?

Not that I’ve noticed. But I don’t really use the Bluetooth.

Will this work with a Hackentosh?

If your Hackintosh build works with the Intel 8265NGW chipset, it will work.  Doesn't seem like it will work according to other websites.  Probably need a 3rd party kext to get it to work.
