Does the power supply in this case come with any PCIe power connector(s)?

Unfortunately it does not. At first I built my PC with a 1050ti which doesn't need a PCIe connector, and I was happy with it. But ultimately returned it for a 1060ti and ordered a 450w PSU with intentions to sell the 300w PSU that came with this case.

Question 3

Is cpu water cooling possible?  If so, what size?  Can the air duct be used for radiator?

I would advise against water cooling. This case is very compact. I dont see being able to use 5.25 slot if you do. The back is small and would be hard fit a fan for an enclosed cpu water cooling unit. Case modifications would be required to do water cooling. The case does a good job for mid to low workloads. This is a great average pc and moderate gamer NOT a high end gaming case.

Are there any Manufacturers who use this case? Because i have the exact same case from a prebuilt office computer.

I can't speak broadly about this case, but in our situation, we have used this case for system builds that were installed with our clients. Perhaps that's what took place in your situation as well. I have found it to be a sturdy and compact case, so when space saving was vital, this case met our needs quite well.

Question 5

Is there a way to add a fan to the 'ppct'? I'm looking at a j1900 board but its passively cooled - concerned that without a case fan there wouldn't be enough air flow

I added a fan under vent holes. (Noctua NF-S12A PWM 120mm Case Fan)
With Noctua (NH-L9i 95mm SSO2 CPU Cooler) CPU temp. is 35-45C.

Question 6

I need to fit atx motherboard and use only one pcie slot (for GPU that fits the size of this case). Can I fit atx (12x9) motherboard in here?. I have no HDD or optical drives either.

No. It only has room for micro ATX motherboards.  Unfortunately the 3 extra slots in a ATX motherboard make the motherboard to large to fit in the case.

1) How long of a GPU can you fit in this case?

2) How are thermals?

The max i would say is around a gtx 750ti. Thermals are ok but i had to get pci vent bracket. That seemed to help the heating issues

I notice there is mention of a slot for a 3.5" external drive as well as a 5.5" external drive.  There is also mention of a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter bracket under optional hardware. So does that mean I should be able to use the external 3.5" slot for an SSD without anything more than purchasing the bracket? I need one HDD and an SSD and this would be the ticket.

You're actually in quite a bit of luck. The crafty designers included 2 3.5 bays, 1 internal, 1 external, but the real bonus is that the steel on the internal 3.5" is dimpled to provide standoffs for a 2.5" SSD mount. There's only the one from what I saw (quick glance at the internals) but that's a nice get, you shouldn't need a bracket but it will work with one if you got it.
