Question 1

I have basically the same question as Michael P., but I don't think the answers quite answer the question.

Is this in fact the red/black version as the picture shows? The name says Black Balck is why I am asking?

I can see that the fans are red but the picture appears to have also four quadrilateral red sections on the front.  Is that area painted red, or is that somehow light coming from the fans, or is it some red plastic?  It appears painted, but as Michael P. mentioned the description says Black/Black.  Just slightly confusing.

Yes, the black/black version comes with the red highlights on the front. As to your second question, the red highlight areas are more of a decal that has been placed into an area of recessed plastic, and it looks quite good. If you buy, keep in mind that these may look scratched\scuffed when they arrive, but they are actually covered by a thin protective plastic film to pull off.

Does it have a cd slot to put a cd in???

No it is just the case but there are open bays to put a cd rom drive in in.

How do red led lights show through the tinted window?

They aren't super overly bright through the side of the case, but they do a moderate job of illuminating the board.  This could just be because I have a bunch of cables running through that area though.  I've found that they are more visible through the front side removable drive cover than anything else.

Question 4

Is it possible, practical to add casters/wheels on the bottom? Are there holes drilled for casters?

I bought this case about a year ago. Great case overall. I don't remember any holes for casters - but I think it would be possible to add them after some DIY trickery.

will the case hold fans at the top?

The case will hold fans at the top back and front of the case, making it one of the best air flowing cases I have used.  Currently I have 2 fans for case cooling and one for water cooling for the GPU.

Question 6

Does this case have pre-installed standoffs? (Brass pieces to hold the motherboard)

No.  You put the stands where you want depending on the motherboard size.

Is the window tinted blue like the others or a smokey grey/black?

It's a black tint. I bought it without knowing that nut it is fairly dark. At first I was upset about it but I went out and bought some fans with lights that matched the red ones that come with it (which only light up half the motherboard) and installed 2 on top of the case and im actually really happy with it. It looks great with a little more light. The case overall is great though.

Question 8

will a corair H115i fit in top, 280mm rad?

Yes it will. I bought myself a 360mm thermaltake water 3.0 ultimate with 3 fans and it fit perfectly. You're going to have to remove the top section and move the large top fan that is there and then just screw in your radiator. Good luck

Question 9

Assuming 3-pin connectors, how many fans can you connect up to the case speed controller (without using additional splitters)? I'm thinking about getting 3 3-pin 140mm fans for top exhaust and using the case speed controller for those and 2 additional 140mm 4-pin PWM fans for air intake on the lower front of the case to use with my motherboard's fan control. (I realize the case comes with fans, though I don't plan on using them. Maybe I'll keep them as backups or give them out to my friends that could use them. I'm personally not a fan of LED fans, and like them all to match.)

If it's too much trouble using the case fan controller, I'll just go with 5 4-pin PWM fans and use my motherboard's fan headers to control them with custom curves I set up, though it would be a shame to have a useless speed controller switch on the case.

Please advise accordingly and thank you in advance.

I didn't notice any speed controller that i could hook up additional fans to when i ordered one of these cases for a clients new PC build.  I believe the speed switch only affects the stock fans or possibly only the side panel fan if i remember correctly.

More then likely you will be using the motherboard or a third party fan controller for any speed control.

Question 10

Does this fit full size (12x13) E-ATX motherboards?  A number of other E-ATX cases don't actually support those dimensions.
