My PSU crapped out and I am out of warranty time. What is a 3rd party PSU that would fit? Any mATX size?

http://m.newegg.com/Product?itemNumber=N82E16817371016 is what I used, however with the modular cables and the way it is turned in the case, the case doesn't close right. Just make sure if you get psu it's dimensions are less than : W x H x L, 150 x 86 x 140 mm, 5.90" x 3.39" x 5.51" inch.

would that be compatible with 2011 socket processor?

Not enough information to answer the question. If you are doing a monster build with power hungry components, this is probably not the case for you. There is not a lot of space inside this case. My video card power connector slightly pushes on the cover. It has an odd sized power supply, so upgrades are limited on that end. So far, it's been a great case for me.

What is the biggest video card that will fit in this case? I want to put an MSI R9 270x HAWK into it, but I'm not sure if it will fit. It is 10.35" (or about 263mm) long. I'm not worried about ventilation; I'll be modifying the door to install more vents and fans anyway. Thank you!

The short answer is "no". The reason is because the opening between the case lips is 9.5". The actual card slot does barely have room for 10.35", but the height and width of the "MSI R9 270x HAWK" prevents it from being tilted and maneuvered much. There is a chance someone could squeeze it in there, but I would not recommend it since it could damage the card.
