I have an older Intel DG965wh motherboard that is ATX will it fit this case?

This case is microATX, which supports microATX or smaller (e.g., mini-ITX) motherboards.  As you mentioned, the DG965WH is ATX, which is larger than the microATX footprint.  Take a look at the number of expansion slots on your motherboard, and compare it to the number of slots on this case (4 versus 7), which is another good indicator.

Question 2

Thinking about building tiny, yet powerful. What do you think is the most powerful nVidia GTX GeForce Card that would fit in here? If I have to upgrade the power supply, it won't be an issue. Just concerned with space

That is a good question.  It has been awhile since I have spech'ed out cards.  However, you must absolutely start with 1/2 height cards.  Secondly, depending on your usage and what you plan to  put in the case will determine if a particular card will fit.

I have a large and silent CPU cooler that has a big copper cooling halo around the CPU fan.  This cuts down on what can be installed. Additionally, I found that some single width video cards with any decent processing power have very large cooling fans/heat sinks.  These got in the way of an installation.

Finally, what are you going to use it for? I would not recommend this case for extreme gaming.  The M.B. (very important) I bought had onboard graphics that were able to set up to use more traditional RAM in the BIOS setup to successfully play Blue Ray movies. it will also play many but not all extreme PC games. I use mine for an entertainment PC, not a gaming PC.

Question 3

Where is the internal 2.5 or 3.5 drive bay? how do I access it?

The CD bay pops out and there is mounting for 2.5 drives on the bottom of that. the 3.5 drive mounting is underneath that on the bottom panel. I hope that is clear enough. basically everything you need is under that optical drive bay that pops fully out.

Question 4

Will the heat sink and fan that comes with the Intel Pentium G2030 Ivy Bridge Dual-Core 3.0GHz LGA 1155 55W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80637G2030 fit in this case?

There is a duct that comes with the case for the cpu fan that may or may not work with it, however, I ended up just removing the duct completely as it is really only necessary for high end, high heat processors, and somewhat for cable management.  With the duct removed just about any stock cpu cooler should have no problem.

Question 5

Can I orient this case horizontally and put a monitor on it? Or is it not strong enough for that?

You can do either of those things. The case is plenty sturdy. It doesn't come with the plastic feet that previous models did, but it will stand up just fine. Just make sure to orient the disc drive so that it points up and your discs don't fall out!

No.  It comes with the "Quick Release Side Cover".

Can i fit this cpu cooler in the case? Can i fit this cpu cooler in the case? SILVERSTONE SST-AR10-115XS 70mm 2 Ball CPU Cooling

The case is 3.8 in H, that cooler is 3.1 in.  MB plate, CPU socket, + CPU, and inside clearance, I would guess it would NOT fit.  I used this case with an AMD A-series with the factory cooler, there was not much room left.

Is the included power supply compatible with Haswell CPUs?

Power supplies & processors are not dependent on each other. This power supply has 24 pin main power connector and 4/8 pin additional power line. You need to know which connectors your motherboard requires and judge how many components you hook up to the power supply (how much wattage they draw at peak) in order to know if this works for you.

Haswell processors are actually known for their lower power consumption vs 3rd gen Intel processors. I still wouldn't go around overclocking on a 300watt psu though.

Case strong enough to support dual 24in monitors and stand on top?

I would think so. its a pretty robust little case. I would be more concerned that the base of this dual monitor stand wouldn't fit entirely on this unit without running past the edges.

Question 10

Hi,
the external 3.5 inch bay with limitation of 92 mm in length, so a regular 3.5 inch hard drive cannot be put in? If not,  the 3.5 inch bay is useless?

Yes your right. You might be able to remove fan though. There is a area under the 5 1/4 bay for a 3 1/2 hard drive (screwless). I was able to find a 3 1/2 media bay that had a platic housing that was modifiable to fit in the space. Otherwise unusable. A nice cleen case other than that. I've used 100+ of them.
