Enlight EN-7101AX Beige Steel ATX Mini Tower Computer Case 300W Power Supply

Comments: This could not be a more perfect case. I love the fat squatty look to it. I also find it very easy to work in. There is not a thing I would change about this case, and I hope Enlight NEVER stops making this one.

Comments: I have had this case for almost 3 years now (bought from Newegg for xxx + shipping) and although I have not changed the motherboard and CPU, I have changed few things (such as add a second hard drive, switch over to a DVD writer, etc.) and added decent fans. With an AGP video card, sound card, 2 HDD, 2 optical drives, FDD, 512 MB memory, the power supply has fared quite well. Air circulation is OK. With regular cleaning of the fans, the system runs pretty stable. Good value for the money. Doesn't win any prizes in the looks department.

Comments: I have used this case three times for customers, and all of them love the fatness. There is so much working room in this thing. The motherboard pops out on a tray for very easy maintenance and wire hookup. The 5.25" bays are on sliders, and that makes for easy and secure maintenance/upgrading. NO TOOLS REQUIRED. What else could you want from a box this cost effective. Way to go enlight.

Comments: I've built 3 of these; easy to work in (lot of room), and I like the wide footprint (vs. skinny and tall). For a beige box design, I think it's about the nicest proportioned. It looks clean and businesslike, and is sturdy. No problems at all.

Comments: Great starter case. Had mine for over 3 years. Switched power supplies once. Very roomy inside and easy to work with. Front panel is a little loose at times and you have to bang it back into place. Other than that, its a great case for the money and I recommend it to anyone who is building their first computer.

Comments: I love the wide footprint of this case - it is much more stable than other cases I've owned. I've even managed to successfully modify the case to accomodate 2 intake fans in the front and I'm in the process of adding exhaust fans. Another nice feature is the removable motherboard tray.

Comments: This case is poorly designed. Would have been better if it had come with some paperwork, like instructions and warranty. The paperwork alone would not have overcome the brainless way that CD drives, floppy and hard drives are designed to fit. The CD's are only secure in one direction, inward, they can slip outward. Floppy drive can only go in one place. IDE cables attach underneath the oversized CD drive framework.

Comments: Because the power supply is side mounted, you can fit a full size ATX mobo in what would normally be a microATX height size. It does this by making the case wider. Wider and shorter is more stable. The removable mobo tray is easy to work with, as are the other tool-less parts. I replaced the stock power supply (and used it to replace a 230W) with a 450W that has 2 fans, the normal exhaust fan and one on the front side of the power supply that intakes. Also put a fan on the front side of this case to bring air into the case. This creates excellent air flow. Good design, good price, nothing fancy, just functional and space saving.
