Does this case come with an optical/dvd drive? It shows one in the picture.

NO!  I think it extremely rare to find a case with an optical drive. What you see is a (removable) cover like for a HDD. Very Important info ahead ->->->  This case is very cheap $ and its why I bought it. No real complaints save one. The dimensions given for the case and for the heat sink I chose was a disaster. I have not EVER been able to close my case. Either the case or the heat sink gave bad measurements, though I suspect it was the heat sink that did not include the plate. I have not pulled measurements but beware. Also if this is going to be a long term case I suggest you reconsider. I needed a PRO computer and I cut corners on the case, so now I am getting another one and will have to change it out. I would highly suggest you take the case very seriously, and go all out for a tool-less and easy access case for about $150

First and for most Jay, this is a great mid tower case. I have built so many computers over the years I have lost track of how many I have done. Power supply is at the top. This one was for myself. Just don't plan on stuffing a whole bunch of high end equipment inside...after all it is a mid tower not a full tower. But there is ample room for all the basic equipment needed for a mid-level gaming rig... which is what I use it for.

No it will not as is but there may be a bracket to adapt the fit.

I think newegg has thhis listed in error if u  search up the compucase folks eventuallly ull find a list of like this product except it dont state anything about 2.5 bay

but i assume u can modify these bays to fit watever you want

to answer your last question you will still need to physically attach a cable between the ssd and the motherboard somehow otherwise u can buy a usb adapter that u can use on ur  ssd on them usb ports

The photos here on Newegg of the rear exhaust fan seem to hint of the possibility for a larger fan. Are those 4 holes that are wider than the included 80mm fan meant to support a 92mm exhaust fan?
