Does it come with a  power supply? Becauswe I'm uilding my own computer.

This case does NOT come with a power supply nor should you ever want a case which is sold in a combo situation.  How good could a FREE power supply be spec'd?  You neglected to mention your power requirements which always vary from 1 builder to another.  More video cards along and other add-ons will quickly shorten the life of a anemic 400-watt supply!  Complete your due diligence and always include a margin of safety...it will pay off in the long run!

Does the front cover have any type of filter, or is it just mesh?

If you download the manual from Antec, you will see the front is just the mesh style vent. There is a removable, washable air filter on the bottom for the bottom mounted PSU.

How many total 120mm fans can fit in here? I beleive it cmes with 2, is that corrct?

Comes with two 120mm fans.  Has room for 5 total.
- One 120 mm top exhaust fan 
- One 120 mm rear exhaust fan 
- One 120 mm side intake fan (optional) 
- One 120 mm front intake fan (optional) 
- One 120 mm / 140 mm bottom fan (optional)

Will this case be big enough for a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760? or would i have some heat problems with it being too small?

This case has pretty good air flow. The max card length for this case is 10.5"

No, the tower case advertises a 10.5" card length. Based on the information you gave me about the cards, they are both over 11". You could try to fit them together but i wouldnt suggest that

I am not a gamer. Looking at what you want to install, and looking at my case the answer would all depend on the layout of the MOBO. My MOBO looks like it could handle it.

Will this fit a 160 mm tall cpu fan? For example, the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo?

In short, that would be the max. for this and most other cases I've seen or am using.

I'm using two of these, one with ASUS and one with GIGABYTE.
Both are AMD platforms.  Both have CPU coolers that are 160mm vs the 158.5 specified for the Hyper 212.  I've got about 3mm
clearance.  These cases have a convex bulge that looks like it was designed to just accommodate these tall coolers.

Also, this item is "Sold and Shipped by: Newegg."
That makes return for any reason pretty easy, no?

Has anyone tried to put a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card in here? I know it's 11.54" long but is it possible through modifications or should I just go and pick a different case?

Question 10

Are the harddrive bays removable? At the moment I have a gtx 760 hawk and it exceeds the max space limitations.  Couldn't find anywhere that indicates if they are, and it's the difference between purchasing it or not.

Yes, as I recall they are removable, but the inside of the case is a bit awkward. There is also plenty of wire management in the case.
