Going small shouldn't mean sacrificing form or function. The ISK110 VESA is crafted for small, efficient builds without compromises. Just 78mm wide and mounted on a stable clip-on base or included VESA mount, it fits two 2.5" drive bays - perfect for internal SSDs. Perforated mesh construction and space for a low-profile CPU cooler provide an ample amount of quiet cooling capability. An incredibly small yet powerful 90-Watt adapter completes the package, providing power with up to 92% efficiency. Ideal for corporate builds, kiosks and digital signage, the ISK110 VESA is a miniscule case solution with massive features.

Pros: This case is ideal for a small HTPC. Unlike many other ITX cases this size, this case gives you an expansion slot on the back for one half-height expansion card. The PSU has the correct mini-SATA power cable needed to power a slim optical drive, so no adapter is needed. The case also comes with the two very, very small screws to secure the optical drive. The PSU fan is fairly quiet, though still audible in a quiet room. I did not use the included case fan so I cannot comment on that.
Cons: The optical drive door must be pressed in just the right place for it to click open. You must be familiar with the case to know where that spot is. The case comes with one case fan but space for a second fan that is blocked off by a plastic plate. The plate has tabs that poke through to the inside of the case that may interfere with motherboard components. It would be great if they would offer a 65W picoPSU version of the silver case like they do for the black case.
Overall Review: This HTPC was going into a bedroom and I wanted it to be as quiet as possible. The build consisted of: ASUS E35M1-I Deluxe G.Skill ECO DDR3-1333 2x2GB Kingston SSDNow 64GB SSD Fujitsu 120GB HDD LG CT21N blu-ray drive Silverstone SUSCOOL 80mm thermally controlled fans
