What size video card can you fit in this case?

Depends upon motherboard. But most standard motherboards where the video card goes into first or second slot. You can fit a video card up to 15 inches long. The other slots up to 10 and a half inches long. Hope this helps

Do the LEDs on the fan shut off or is it all or nothing with the whole fan?

The single installed fan in the rear has its own switch on the case switch panel in the front/top of the case; the dual installed fans mounted on the case top also have their own switch on the same switch panel in the front/top of the case.

All three fans are blue LED and the lights are tied to the switch/fan. So on low, the light is a bit dimmer but always on and on high, the light is brighter while the fan is at max. The blue LED lights are tied directly to the fan input, so it is either on when the fans are on, or off when the fans are off.

The fans do have connections to the case via plug so they can be changed out if you wish.

Question 3

Does anyone have any experience fitting a 240 radiator in this case?  I bought it thinking i could fit the corsair h100i but with the MB placement there is no room on top.

I believe if you took out the two top fans, that radiator might fit. It's a very spacious case and the fans on top are both 120mm and can be taken out.

How do the expansion plates on the back of the case work can you just pull them out or pop them out?

yes, if you are talking about the plates that u take out for the video cards etc. then yes, they pop out permanently

Will a H105 in push/pull fit in the top?

I really doubt it, in push pull the rad will be so wide its going to block the MB from seating properly. I would highly recommend a full tower for a setup like that. Or think about mounting the rad on the outside of the case. Somthing to think about, you could cut the hoses with a sharp knife than use marine grade couplings and clamps to repair the lines. The case does have holes pre drilled into it just above the rear 120mm fan to duct the hoses out of the case

Would a Scythe MUGEN-2 cpu cooler fit in this case the dimensions are 130 x 100 x 158mm?

You should be fine as long as you don't plan on having a side fan installed.

Question 7

Does this case come with filters like the GX500? Also, how loud is this case when the fans are set to High?

1.It comes with from panel filter and power supply dust filters. 
2.Depends what type of fans you buy for it. The regular fans it comes with are quite loud due to it being sleeve bearings.
