Pros: Screw less bays
Black interior
Front mesh with dust covers

Cons: Terrible drive bay. You have to screw them in through a hole, so make sure you have a screwdriver that's at least 4 inches long (Also magnetic just to help).

There is no cable management at all. There's almost no room at all behind the motherboard.

The 2.5" drive bay is a huge pain to deal with, as it runs very tight between the bay holders and will cause scratches. It can also only be held in 1 position.

The top 200mm fan is NOT 200mm, it's 170mm and is essentially proprietary only to this case. Removing it involves removing the handle, (5 screws) and then disassembling the top section (7 more screws). You can only do this when your motherboard and top bays are clear.

Bottom dust cover is only removable when PSU is not in the bracket.

Overall airflow is lacking and sub par.

Overall Review: This case is much too expensive for the features and overall build quality. If you absolutely must have a case with a handle, there is one other option and it's worth every penny to get that one instead.

awesome case! 7/10/2011 10:31:17 AM

Pros: GREAT CASE!! it has air filters all the way down the front panel to not let dust in! very easily let me install two 120mm fans on the front just inside the front panel. its also great that all the power button etc. cables are not attached to the front panel so you can remove the front panel completely without dealing with all the wires that are normally attached to it in most other cases.
place for another 120mm fan on the side panel - awesome
had plenty of room for my 3 hard drives and huge thermaltake frio cpu cooler.
love the easy drive mounting system and pci card system - pretty quick

Cons: the top 200mm fan is nearly impossible to remove if you dont want blue led's. i was doing white LED fans for this build so i was hoping to replace it, but that didnt work out.
this is the only con i could think of.

Simple, I like it. 5/7/2011 12:23:22 AM

Pros: Handle is nice. MB offsets built in for standard ATX. Light and Mobile.

Cons: Can fit an AMD/ATI 6870 length video card but nothing much larger, not that I would put anything larger in our standard workstation. I will continue using this case in the office for further Workstations of this caliber.

Overall Review: The build associated with this case is as listed.
AMD 1090T
16gb RAM
Thermaltake TR2 W0388RU 600W
MSI R6870 Hawk Radeon HD 6870
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB)
Western Digital Caviar Black WD7502AAEX 750GB

Nothing special just an easy build. Awesome Case.

Decent Tower for the money 4/1/2011 9:20:25 AM

Pros: Good case for air movement, easily remove front cover, large sturdy handle.

Cons: Side covers are nearly impossible to remove, not sure if this is common or if they just made the teeth too large on my case, but I have bent the back of the case just trying to pry the side covers off. Not the biggest problem but if your constantly changing stuff, it gets to be a hassle opening the covers.

Great little case 2/27/2011 8:56:06 AM

Pros: Puts audio and USB at your finger tips. Has a handle and is an attractive case. There is a hold in the motherboard tray to allow installation of heavy after market coolers without removing the motherboard.

Every inch is painted. The motherboard mount points are raised so stand-offs aren't needed.

The PSU can be mounted upside down or right side up. This is a major bonus if you're looking to use the PSU's fan for case exhaust, and also if the case will be on carpet.

Cons: The handle is not reinforced as advertised. It's just 4 screws $crewed into the plastic handle. Metal screws into a load baring plastic handle. This being said it will easily hold the average computer.

Overall Review: Thermaltake, for future notice, don't use screw into plastic to make a load baring structure. It's a bad idea. Screws easily strip plastic holes. Put the screws through the handle and use nuts and washers.

Scythe YASYA SCYS-1000 shoots heat right through the top exhaust fan.

The 5.25 bay has slots to hold drives in place until you get screws or toolless things in place. This is great unless you want to install a 3 in 2 or 5 in 3 HDD drive bay. I had to unbend these.

Nice case 2/20/2011 9:36:32 AM

Pros: I thought Thermaltake did a nice job with this case. I originally was going to buy the V6, but I noticed this had a handle, and that was the selling point for me.
-Thermaltake is obviously geared toward cooling, and it is evident with the two large fans in the back.
-Nice layout, looks good, seems sturdy, PSU on bottom is a plus.
-Recessed reset button, difficult to press it accidentally, yet usable when needed.
-Front grill sections all have a padding that serves as a filter for air coming in.
-Handle is efficient for lan parties.

Cons: -Didn't care for the tool-less pci slots, but that's not too serious.
-As others have stated: contrary to Newegg's description, it does not come with a 120mm fan in front, I am planning to put one in to maintain proper hard drive cooling.

Overall Review: Despite some minor cons, I still gave it 5 eggs because, overall, it's a good case for the money.
