Question 1

Hello, the specifications say that only one 120mm rear fan is available, but at the top of the Case, it looks like there's a place  for another fan. What is this for? Would I be able to connect an extra fan there? Thank you for your time.

Yes, You can mount 2 120 fans at the top but it depends on what your using for a CPU cooler. With a large aftermarket cooler you won't be able to mount a fan in the top rear, not on the inside anyway, but possibly in the top front, but that may still depend on the cooler and the motherboard your using. I have this case with 2 120 fans mounted on the top, outside which was the only way I could mount them on my P45 board with a ZeroTherm cooler. Has a nice modded look and works very well. I love this case, Have 6 fans installed with a front bay controller. Hope this helps.

Question 2

i have eight holes to screw y motherboard down. It says it should have nine. I see the place for the ninth hole but i has a little gold stud coming up from there. Is that a guide post?

Usually, the gold studs are there to make up for the distance gap between the case and the motherboard so that the motherboard doesn't warp or bend.  It's there almost like a big washer that keeps the motherboard level against the case when you screw it in.

How many fans are recommended while using the case?

I use 3. Front Intake, Top Intake, rear exhaust. This is done because my graphics card is a blower and so it acts as a secondary exhaust. If you don't have a similar graphics, I'd use the Top as another exhaust.

Can anyone confirm that it does (as pictured) come with a case speaker? thanks in advance

There is no speaker in this tower box, but one can be easily installed. There is so much room, so much air flow and I am very happy user of more then 1yr.

what is the length of the power button cord for the case itself? what kind of cable is it? 2.0 header, 3.0 etc.

Easily reached my full atx boards power pins. The front usb header has a usb 3.0 and a usb 2.0 slot.

Does this case come with a fan?

Mine did not.  Fans are cheap, so buy good ones.
