Question 1

How do you open the case? I need to blow out my fans and components, but there seems to be no way to open the case.

As you face the front of the case, the left hand panel comes off. Reach around the back and unscrew the two screws along the edge (or use a Philip's head screw driver if they're too tight). The left hand panel has a lever that folds out. Slide that left hand panel toward the back of the case, and it should just pop right off. It'll be fun to line up the slots so that the panel slides on correctly again (good luck with that).

You'll have access to the motherboard and all cards (including the GPU fan). The power supply fan(s) should be accessible from inside and outside the case. The only fan that's a pain in the neck is the front one that's lit up blue. I use canned compressed air, and blow in the front of the case, and also do my best to slide that red tube that comes with all compressed air cans in between the hard drives to get the fan clean (be careful).

is the case suposed to come with screws / standoffs?

It came with the standoffs installed, and a lot of different screws for the hard drives, power supply, motherboard, etc.

Question 3

Can you fit 3 graphics cards in here? The 3rd PCI-E is usually right at the bottom of the motherboard... is there room between the bottom of the motherboard to the top of the PSU?

You most definitely can, depending on your motherboard layout.  Both the Gigabyte and Asus AM3+ 990FX boards have the capability and there is plenty of room in the case.

Does the front fan have a filter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it is not easy to access like the filter on the bottom.  However, it is easy to clean from the front with a vacuum cleaner.  I use mine in the same room as a cage containing a pet chinchilla.  The filters are key to keeping the dust and loose fur from getting inside the case.  I love this case.
