Question 1

Can I put two 120mm fans in the front of the case? It's hard to see from the pictures provided, and the specs don't go into detail.

I don't think so or at least I don't recommend it.  Alot of hardware gets mounted into the inside of the face of the housing and there really are not any vents to take advantage of with the fans to draw in fresh circulation from the outside.  I highly recommend the case though especially if your a heavy gamer.  There is alot of vents in the back sides and top except for the side with the plastic shield.  There are also filters inside the vents for circulation that you can remove easily and wash off to keep dust and degree from entering the unit.  I have my unit fully decked out for professional gaming and I have alot of space inside the unit between hardware for circulation.  I have 2 120mm fans in the back of the housing and honestly I don't even think the second is needed cuz it keeps cool enough.  I have an Intel i7 processor which runs cooler then an amd so if your using amd I would recommend the extra circulation for the extra heat of an amd.  Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if a EVGA 02G-P4-2660-KR (GTX660) will fit in this case or should i go with the S71?

It should fit but it might be a tight squeeze even with the middle drive carriage removed. I have the msi 7950 twin frozr and it fits with the middle carriage in there but not enough for the cables so removed it.

where are the 2 120mm fans at? im looking at getting a simpler case thats smaller and simpler than mine. i have a 240mm radiator that needs to fit in this and i need to know if it will fit in the top of this thing.
