Question 1

How tall is this case (in inches)? Newegg and the Kindle maker have conflicting data and the Corsair site doesn't help.

I measured the case itself at 18 5/8 inches, but the rubber feet on the bottom add about another half inch to the total height from the surface of the desk.  So total height is 19 1/8 inches.

Question 2

Will the Corsair AX860 power supply fit in this case?

Yes, but it might not give you much clearance between the PS cables and the HDD cage.  It should be ok, though.

The fractal define r4 would give you a little more room and a slightly quieter case.  I have both, and they are both good, but the r4 is a little bigger so if you're going to run 2 video cards, that extra room comes in handy.

If you're not going to run 2 video cards, you don't need an 860w PSU.  Seasonic makes a totally silent / fanless 550w that would power any system and any video card with room to spare, even with some overclocking.  That's what I'm using in the system that's in my Carbide case.

Question 3

How do I install a second 140mm front fan below the already installed one?  Do I have to remove the entire front piece? Can this be done as a retrofit after having installed the drives, MB, front panel connectors, etc?

I just completed my build in this case last week, it was a joy to work with.  I replaced the front 140mm and back 120mm fan with Fractal Design Quiet fans and added a second 140mm front fan.
Yes, you will need to remove the front panel to add a second 140mm front fan, but it is quick and easy to do. Just grab the edges of the front panel on both sides in the middle and give it a quick/sudden pull and the panel will pop out. You can then set it on the side and you can then install the 140mm fan just below the existing fan and run the fan wire through the same right-side case hole.  The longer screws for the fan are in the parts box inside a bag that came with the case if you want to secure the fan via screws (similar to the existing fan).

Question 4

Can this case fit an E-ATX board? Newegg says it cannot, but the Corsair site says it does.

Although true E-ATX is 12 × 13 in (305 × 330 mm) most motherboard manufacturers also refer to motherboards with measurements 12 × 10.1 in (305 × 257 mm), 12 × 10.4 in (305 × 264 mm), 12 × 10.5 in (305 × 267 mm) and 12 × 10.7 in (305 × 272 mm) as E-ATX.

I just measured the space available in my 330R case and it looks like it will fit a board as large as 12" x 11.5" but it would need to have mounting screw holes as for a standard ATX board.

IS the cable to the front audio and voice jack will be reachable for Asrock Z77 Pro 4?

I believe it will reach but am not positive. Now that mine is all put together and put away, it's hard to remember the length of the cables.

Were does the 3.0  for front usb's hookup to or do I need a adapter.?

No adapter is needed. The cables to connect the front USB ports (8 pin I think) to the 3.0 USB interface to your motherboard is included with the case.  Just make sure your motherboard has a USB 3.0 interface.  Most newer motherboards do.

The case seems to fit 4 drives but it also looks like you can fit another bay to hold additional 4 drives. Do you have or know if such accessory part exists?

Can this case fit a 140mm in the rear exhaust?

No, it only has mounting holes for the 120mm fan that comes installed.

I have a p6t deluxe motherboard will I be able to connect the front usb 3.0 into the motherboard. Will It just convert to 2.0 or will it not work at all?

unfortunately not. I have the same problem in that the case has front USB 3.0 ports available but my motherboard does not support the plugins, they are different pin sets

will the audio cable fit on my Asrock Z77 Pro 4?

Not sure on the ASRock, but the audio cable was not long enough to reach my Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H motherboard - when installed, the audio connector is located on the bottom left side of the board (as looking at it from the side of the case) and the case audio cable was about 1-2 inches too short!
