What is the SATA cable for that comes attached to the case, where does that go? Seems really thin for a SATA cable

This sounds like the cable that runs through the case, connecting the built-in front lights and the light control mechanism at rear of the case.  It uses a SATA power connector.

Also, fwiw, the front panel can be easily disconnected from this cable if you need to fully remove the front panel.  Can't remember the exact name of the connector, but it's 3 or 4 pin connector similar to a PC Fan connector.

Question 2

Does it come with the LED lighting strips on the inside as well as the RGB fans?

No it does not. It came with two corsair stock case fans that sit static around 900rpm and it does come with the RGB lights on the front panel and front bottom with a RGB controller. I have not figured a way to interface it with my corsair controller pro or lighting node though since the ends are female and wont plug into my nodes. just have to use the controller. Overall a great case though. I love the enclosure at the bottom. completely hides my mechanical drives and PSU and great for wire management. And the airflow, believe it or not, is pretty great! (with 2x ML120 intake, 3x LL120 exhaust). This case has plenty of room and plenty of options. The lighting is just a bonus and i'm sure later I will figure out how to interface the build in RGB with my aftermarket ones.

May I use a liquidcooler specifically Cooler Master - MasterLiquid ML240L RGB 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler on this corsair case thanks in advance.?

The SPEC-06 can accommodate all standardized 240mm radiators mounted to the front of the inside of the case. (It can also mount 280mm radiators at the same location.) ML240L uses a standard sized radiator.

Technically there are the same mounts located at the top of the case but I do not recommend mounting a radiator larger than 120mm up there due to RAM module clearance issues.

Question 4

will this fit a OF3KHR motherboard?

It depends, what is the size of the motherboard? The case supports the motherboard sizes: ATX, Micro ATX, and ITX boards. If your motherboard falls into one of those, you're good!

What model fans come with this case? I am planning to buy this case with 4 more fans, but I want to get the same model, rather than buying 6 new fans.
