Question 1

How are the gauges installed on the case?  Are they removable/replaceable?  How integrated are the sensors with the case?

The gauges are on the front which opens up to reveal the power and all of the s lots for the CD/DVD drives you unscrew some screws and you can take of the inner plate revealing the back of the gauges. The gauges if needed, can be replaced I believe. For the sensory aspect I do believe it depends on the motherboard you get which has a sensor or two on it to gauge the temp, the other two gauges are for volume and fan speed I believe. Im currently not home and if you would like I can give you pictures when I do get home.

will a cooler master hyper 212 evo fit in this case?

I'm not sure, the 200 fan on the side panel may be in the way. I have problems with my H80I hoses.

what do the 3 front gauges monitor?

I haven't assembled it yet, but the gauges measure (from top to bottom) "VU", Temp, and Fan Speed.  Not sure what VU is..  You might not be able to tell from the pics, but the gauge has a needle point meter, so it's not a digital readout.

I was just wondering, My friend has this case and I really like it. I want to buy it but I also want to know if it is possible to mod the dials on the front. I want to know what kind of LED light is used for the gauges and also if there is anyway to replace them with say, yellow LED's and yellow plastic for the gauges. Thank You! You might be able to, but I'm not sure that you'd be able to get the seam behind the door to ever look right again.  Personally I switched to another case, after having issues with the gauges on an ATX board.  Most of the cabling wasn't long enough for my MSI board and I actually had a couple instances where I could smell the USB cables melting due to being stretched too close to the board.  This pry could be ok with a mini ATX board, but I wanted the expansion slots.
On the other hand I really like my new corsair case.

I have a Corsair H110 with radiator 280mm, can fit in this case?

Sorry but, No it will not.  Its side will support two 120mm fans or a 200mm fan.

will this fit the ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS mb?

The case specifications says it will fit a 12" X 11"  motherboard inside and the specs I found says the motherboard you are getting runs 12" X 9.6" so it may work out fine :)

Question 7

Can someone post up the diameter of the gauges?  Would like the measurement including the ring around the outside...trying to determining how much space it would take to space them side by side.  Also, how does the fan controller work?  Is it a dial on the back or something?
