Can the left and right panels be swapped so the glass is on the either side i choose?

No, the panel on the right and the glass panel are different sizes. While both are removable, they cant fit in each other's slot. Even if they could, the panel inside that holds the motherboard can't be flipped, along with the rear panel, so you'd be stuck looking at a bunch of wiring anyways. However, it would be cool if NZXT had a mirrored version if they dont already.

Question 3

Is there enough clearance in this case for an Hyper 212 Evo air cooler?  Or would I need something more compact?

Yes, there's enough clearance. It's basically a half inch or less from the glass, but it clears.

Question 4

Can this fit the largest video cards? Like 3080 or coming 3080 Ti

I'm not sure about the 3080's, but my 2080 Ti fits without issues and that's a pretty large card.

Does this have room for a 200mm gpu? (Im considering buying the Msi venture 3x gtx 3080 but it’s pretty chaunky with 3 fans)

Is there a HDD Cage?

Yes there is a cage in the bottom that can hold two 3.5 HHD - there are little side mounts for two 2.5 drives in the cable hide compartment.

Question 9

Will the EVGA CLC 280mm AIO fit into this case? I know the case says will support 280mm radiators, however I saw in a youtube review only radiators less than 311mm wide will fit. That was an old review though.

Yes the EVGA CLC 280mm should fit in the H510 case. The max thickness for both the fans and radiator clearance is 60mm.
