will the below power supply fit/work with 4 hard drives in this case?

I have a Silverstone small form factor 450 watt and 99% of the time that works fine with my load out: 750Ti, 1-1TB HD and 1-256GB SSD on an Intel mobo with a i7 cpu. I have used Corsair a lot in other builds and they are good PSUs, but,  for 4 3.5in regular hard drives I'd go with 450 min. or 500 which may be overkill but I'd sleep better with the extra head room. 4 SSDs no sweat 430w should be fine. Also, with that much potential heat, I'd flip the rear fan to pull air in and stick a magnetic filter on the back (99% Smaller Dust Bunnies) : Silverstone FF141B 140mm Fan Filter with Magnet N82E16811999226

Question 2

Looks almost big enough to support a Micro atx board..  can it?

I was thinking the same thing! I've done 6 builds with these lil guys so far. But sorry, mini-DTX (a micro-atx with only 2 expansion slots ) maybe. But the mount holes are not there for a micro-ATX and there's not enough room for the 4-wide expansion slots on a mAtx board. Unless you plan on doing a bit of modding it's just a tad bit to tight.

Question 3

Any idea if this would fit one of the asrock extended mini itx motherboard that have 4 ram slots?  I really want to make an itx size build, but I need the 4 ram slots for VMs (esxi).  This looks like it might just fit in this case!

As long as the measurements match, it will fit. I'm using it right now with the AM1B-ITX board without a problem.

Question 4

Is the 200mm length for video cards the absolute upper limit or is there some more room to be had? I'm willing to modify the case internally to gain some space, but not if it will break through to the outside.

I've bought 4 of these so far. 200mm is the limit. You may be able to get another 20mm if you cut into the front metal behind the front cover but that would be pushing it. We use EVGA 750ti with room to spare. apx 150mm. Love this case by the way.

Question 5

The case itself is great, but I'm having a major overheating issue when running at full load. The ATX power supply sits DIRECTLY on top of the CPU fan (actually touching edghes of the fan housing) and the CPU peaks in the hi 80c range under full load.

When i remove the power supply, the CPU only hits the low 50s when at full load for an hour. When the PSU in, it will reach the 80s in a matter of minutes.... Obviously an airflow issue.

Is there a smaller PSU that will fit this case so I have more clearance between the PSU and CPU cooler? Any help appreciated!

I have the same case with this PSU and there's plenty of breathing room between my CPU and PSU. :)
