Do the front two fans have difficulty getting air through the little hatch?

In order to get air moving  through the front you need to keep the front door open. I didn't like the look it  was creating also I felt like the top vent door that raises up and down did not open enough and restricted alot of the airflow.

Question 2

Is it possible to remove the 5.25 drive bays or are they welded in?

Both hard drive cages are held in place with pop rivets. This makes the cages very sturdy and provide little wiggle room. Unfortunately it would be an all or nothing deal as you would have to drill a hole in the pop rivets deeming them unusable again. If you are proficient in reapplying new pop rivets you could install them again tho i believe.

Question 3

Does this come with some sort of splitter or hub to connect the usb 3.0 ports to? The motherboard I have only has 2 3.0 headers.

My mobo was the same. One header got connected to the rear ports and one to the top ports. To give me more, I bought a 7-port (5 external, 2 internal) Inatek PCI adapter. I haven't seen any cases with a splitter like you are looking for. The case is bloody huge (which is cool in its own way), very nicely made and really easy to work with (though you may need extensions for some cables to reach some devices). I didn't use the second, 4-drive bay and that left me enough room to put in a full-sized LavaLite, though only for a joke. It looked WAY cooler than some dinky little cathode tubes or LEDs!

Will this case fit a true E-ATX(12x13) board?

With ease. I have an E-ATX board in mine and it honestly looks tiny. You don't realize based on the specs how absolutely massive this case is until it shows up at your door.

Question 5

I see it comes with 4 USB 3.0

how does it do this? 1 wire with connection or 2 wires? my current mobo has only 1 USB 3.0 connection

It comes with two USB 3.0 cables that need to attach to the mobo. If your mobo only has 1 connection, you can get a splitter for it. I do not know if that keeps the 3.0 speeds.  I used one 3.0 and then got an adapter for the 2.0 connections. This way does slow transfer speeds to 2.0.

Is there any information about the fans it comes with? (Rpm, Airflow, noise level)

Unfortunately the only thing I can comment on is the low noise level. It's loud enough you know something is working but quiet enough to not be bothered.

Could I migrate a Dell T5400's RW203 workstation motherboard in this case? I can't seem to figure what the form factor of the board is, and I need a new cooling solution for what I have. (The original Dell T5400 mid size tower.

Can I fit an Asus X99-e-10G WS (SSI CEB) motherboard and a Titan X Pascal?

Absolutely! Currently have a MSI x99Godlike in mine with a MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X and there's a good 5" between the motherboard and the hard drive cage. This case is utterly massive. In fact in some ways you could say too big, though that extra space also makes cooling extremely easy.

WTH, where do the front intake fans get air from?  they are severely covered without any gaps to breathe. total fail in my books. knock off of the nanoxia 6 if you ask me (internally). if rosewill would just do mesh on the front so the hard drives can breathe i would consider purchasing this case for my home server.

Honestly I pulled that door off the front of mine. In order to get any airflow you have to keep it open during use and it just made it inconvenient to walk around the desk with the door hanging open. Screwdriver and 30 seconds later - door off, problem solved.
