Question 1

Does this come with fans? Are they sufficient or would I need to buy other fans to keep the pc cool. Running with 6700k and gtx 1070. Thanks

It comes with two 120mm fans installed. One in the front, and one in the back. I'm using all 6 fan mounts (using a fan controller because my motherboard doesnt have enough pin outs for 6 fans) with a 6600k and a 380x, and temperature is no issue. Keep in mind I am using a Hyper 212 with my 6600k to cool it. You can have a toasty case with your hardware, but that doesn't necessarily matter, just make sure its under60 degrees celcius or 140 degrees fahrenheit.

Question 2

Confusing specification-There are or there aren't 3 2.5" Internal Drive Bays? Are there any 2.5" Drive Bays?

So there arent any dedicated 2.5 inch bays, but the three 3.5 inch bays can ALSO support 2.5 inch drives...so essentially there are 3 drive bays that can fit either 3.5 or 2.5 drives.

How do I connect the power button connectors to this (GIGABYTE GA-Z170-HD3 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard) Motherboard? It isn't turning on for me and I think I am doing it wrong or something

Sorry Dawson, I thought the question was about the Rosewill Case that I recently purchased and installed but I see it is about a motherboard that I am not familiar with. My motherboard is the ASUS A88X-PRO but even on that one finding the right connections on the board was a little difficult for my tired old eyes. The Rosewill case power switch is just a plain mechanical switch so no polarity is involved. Just locate the pins for the power button on the GIGABYTE front panel connection strip and plug pwr connectors on them.

what form factor for a PSU can i fit in this thing? do i need an SFX? the mount looks a bit small from the pictures.

Does the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo  CPU cooler fit in this case: does it have enough clearance with the side cover?

This case definitely has more than enough room to accommodate the Hyper 212 cooler. It is very wide and deep.

Are the fans all powered by a single lead in the case's wiring harness or are there three fan lead?  Actually, an overview of all the connectors in the case would be helpful.

The back fan has the smaller mobo connector, while the front fan has both the larger 4-pin molex and the smaller connector. Front connectors are 2x usb 2.0, 1x usb 3.0, mic/front spkr, and power button & LED. No reset button or hdd activity LED.

Is the front panel mesh? Or is it solid? What's the ventilation like in the front?

the front panel is not mesh it is hard plastic on the side there are small slots for air to pass through.

I bought this case and I was wondering, would these fans be decent to use on a raidiator?

Im not sure if your are looking to use the pre-existing fans but I found a nice video that goes through the case... Shows a radiator mounted in tower and speaks of mounting one in the front.  Also Option to mount out of box on top of case... Great case, Easy cable management! Lots a room for upgrades on it and you can't beat the price. Hi. Yep there is a cutout in the motherboard tray for installing a CPU cooler. You just take the other side panel off, and you can install whatever cooler you have.

yes, it comes with black screws and studs and one more to screw the gpu easily. IIRC, there are also zip ties to do cable management in the case.
