what size fans are recommended on this case?

As the specs say directly on the page.....3 x120mm and 5x 80mm....though if you have  to ask these questions building a mining rig probably isn't for you.

No but one could get creative and mount either dual adapted server psu's in the slot or cut out a spot to put a cord through easily put another in the bottom.

where do the gpus go?

The case gets divided by an internal shelf.  The GPU's go above it and everything else goes below it.  There is enough of a gap for riser cables to get above the shelf.

Whats the max size of mother board this case can support ??

The specifications (including the manual that came with the case) seem to say ATX, but I have an ATX case in mine and there are additional standoff's outboard of the ones in use leading me to believe that and Extended ATX is supported.  I definitely think there is room for E-ATX, I'm just not 100% certain about stand off positioning for that form factor.
