How easy is it to install components in this case?

Easy to pop the 3.5" bays out. Kind of a pain to have to pull all of the drives out to replace a single drive further down the stack. if you only screw the drives in on one side that is fairly easy. Metal feels soft so if you're experimenting and swapping a ton of components might want another case. for my use as a nas that I'm rarely inside the case of works. fine.

Where is the 3rd 2.5" SSD slot? I see 2 x 2.5" SSD slots behind the motherboard but no idea where the third mount is.

Pretty sure you mount it on top of the 3.5 inch bay in the power supply basement.
