How do you power the fan hub? None of the case fans will come on.  The only extra connector I see is a motherboard fan connector.  The AI assistant mentions a SATA connector but I don't see that. I did plug in the 4 pin connector to a fan port on the motherboard and the RGB connectors.Thanks

Check where all of your cables are plugged in. You might not have the SATA plug plugged in, or some cable is backwards. There is also a cable called a PWM cable, it should be clearly labeled on the pin. Make sure that is plugged into a PWM port on the board (Motherboard and hub, if applicable) and check to see if PWM is supported and enabled in your BIOS. If none of that works, download Fan Control. It will auto detect your fans if plugged in and test them, use the assisted setup for Fan Control to do this. Hope that helps!
