Will a mid tower case hold a micro ATX motherboard?

Yes! It will hold both ATX and MicroATX. I just built a rig using this case with a MicroATX board in it. I agree the case fan that comes with it is not much and you might want to consider upgrading it depending on your rigs cooling needs. I build for resale so I upgraded it to be sure it will cool in most conditions.

The Three Slots At The Front Bottom left Are The Card Reading Slots?

No. The three slots on the bottom of the case are air vents. If you want a card reader, you will have to buy a USB reader to install in one of the expansion bays. This is a very simple computer case.

Does this product include a DVD drive or do I have to buy one separately?

The case does not come with a DVDROM or optical drive of any kind, but it does come with a power supply.

I bought the MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming Motherboard & the MSI GTX-660 Video card and it was a tight fit on the video card, but it works once you get everything connected. Happy with the case.

Dose the internet antenna is build  in on this system?

This is not a fully built system. This is only a case and power supply. There are no components for a computer inside. You will have to buy them separately. Please look at the computer systems tab on Newegg.

I am not sure.  I have not been ask by any company to slave this into a test bed.  I have used other LG blue- ray( Manu 2015) and they will work fine.  You may have to download additional software from LG.  I do have one question is why you are using a far less superior processor on this board (cost!)!  If not are use using water cooler or all copper fin cooled system?  This must have more cooling than you think.  Get rid of the 480 power supply and up it.  You will regret not doing it in the end.  Suggest a 650 or above.  Definitely watch your cooling fan speeds.

does the back panel come off to incorporate other mother boards cuz from look at it and other mother boards im not sure if it will work with the motherboard in the current diy pc combo its included in that has the amd a10-7850k?

The I/O shield comes off so you can put the one that fits the motherboard on. I believe all cases come like this, and all motherboards with with their own I/O shield.  At least from all the dozens - probably hundreds - of PCs I've built, that has been the case (no pun intended :) )

Can I put a Micro ATX Mobo in this????

Yes a Mico ATX motherboard will fit fine. Long as your only running the mortherboard, CPU, four memory modules, hard drive, and CD/DVD drive the 480 Watt Power Supply is OK, but your going to run a couple of fans for the case ventilation and cooling a video card; you should upgrade to a good 500 or 600 watt power supply. It's a nice looking case, very well built, however they could of installed a better fan and of course a better power supply, even if they had to increase the price another ten bucks.

How can I get the Toshiba 1TB 3.5" Internal to fit inside?? I'm in the middle of building but it can't snugly fit in there.

Hi! With the case open you will notice some oblong holes among others in the mounting area. You must turn your drive bottom side up. Match the bottom mount holes in the drive to the oblong holes in the case and simply adjust it to fit. You will use 4 screws for this and if you want, before installing you can use some screw in standoffs to bring some space in between the mounting area and the drive for better cooling. What connectors does the PSU have on it?

Molex, Sata, and the connections for the Motherboard. No PCI-E which gave me some trouble with my video card (had to buy a molex to pci-e converter). PS480D is the PSU that comes with it.
