case itself is ok but what you put inside motherboard / cpu / video card / memory is what makes any case a computer
you would want a much bigger power supply at least a 680 watt or even larger if you a building a TRUE HIGH END GAMER
But the case is just fine for a empty box / built well / easy to work on

will the psu work with socket 1151 boards?

Sure, why not. As long as you don't go overboard with hardware. One SSD and or one HDD and a DVD drive. But the case itself has plenty of room to fit just about ANY motherboard even though it's on the cheaper side of things.

SSD installation.
Do I need installation kit for SSD?

you would need a kit if the drive you have is a laptop drive. if it is a standard sized desktop drive you would not.

is the power supply 24 pin? I can't find that info anywhere.

Yes it is a 24 pin connector, the case itself is good quality and perfect for a budget build.

What is the largest fan this case will accept in place of the 80mm? Will the mounting holes on the rear exhaust vent line up for a 100mm? A 120mm?

I just looked at the listing for this product and noticed that the manufacture has made some modifications on this case compared to the one I bough about a year and half ago.  So my input is based on what I see in the current images on the listing.

The case comes equipped with a 90mm fan, but in the picture you can see pre-drilled holes for an 80mm and 120mm fans.  So I believe you can add the larger 120mm fan if you want.

All I can say is I like my case, it is solid and seems to keep my motherboard cool.

How many sata connectors does the power supply have?

I believe it only has 4 connectors for that like I said you need a power supply to run a gaming rig

Would this case be suitable for a Microstar MS-7187 motherboard? If not what cases are suitable? Thanks
