So long as that's a normal sized power supply it should be fine, it's a micro-atx case, but that refers to the size of the motherboard that it will hold.

How many fans can this case hold, and what sizes?

Ventilation capabilities and other observations:

1. 80mm fan beneath the power supply bay comes with the case and is very quiet. Use as an exhaust fan.

2. Mounting spot lower front of the case for your 80mm or 120mm fan. You might use as an intake fan. It will blow directly over the internal 3.5cm drive bays.

3. Air duct built into the cover is reasonably positioned over my 4th gen i5 CPU, using my Gigabyte mobo. That seems like a good way to improve the efficiency of the stock CPU fan. There remains plenty of clearance if you want to use a beefier aftermarket CPU fan. Other venting exists on the sides of the case as shown in Newegg's pix.

4. There's a 3cm x 9cm vent area above the PCI/PCIe card slots which I think should be used as an intake port rather than a spot for mounting any non-standard fan that might fit there.

5. The black steel case is an excellent heat radiator.

Additional notes:

Motherboard mounting holes aren't all used by my Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H micro-ATX board; a slightly larger mini-ATX (but not a full ATX) mobo would likely fit.

Some areas of some boards might not be fully braced by the existing mountings, so you might want some plastic washers or other spacers to support specific areas of your board, at least while you're plugging things into it.

Built-in audio and USB ports are under a flap at the top front. Unfortunately, the 2USB ports aren't blue, so presumably aren't USB 3.0.

This case is built like a tank. If you put 4 heavy HDD's into it, it will also feel like one as you carry it around by its ruggedly built handle. I'm fine with just a miniscule SSD, so my portability (with a 500W power supply) is excellent. The handle is wonderful!

No it is not. I bought this case Because it had the handle. There are many other better case without handles for the $.

Also I would like about an 800 w power supply, can you make a suggestion?

No, this is a MicroATX only case.  As for the power supply, as long as it's the standard ATX form factor for a power supply it will fit.  I'm using a Corsair in mine.

What is with the offset top-left screw on the PSU? Does this case take a standard PSU or a MicroATX PSU?

I've always used normal ATX12v psu's. I never used anything large, mostly antec 430w psu's. Sometimes it's tight, but things slip through.

Will a Diablotek PHD 380 watt psu fit? Its dimensions are 4.8" x 3.8" x 2.5".

I disagree with the other two answers. This case has mounting for a regular ATX ps. Approx. 5.5" x 6.0" x 3.3" +/- .2". This is huge compared to the 4.8" x 3.8" x 2.5" size of this mATX ps. Plus the hole alignment is completely different. If I'm wrong I apologize ... but I have built 3 systems using this case and installed 500w ATX12v in of them.

Will this fit a whole chicken? Sometimes I want to cook one on the fly.

You're better off with a Reynolds roasting bag and the oven of your choice. The directions say to pierce the bag to vent it. DON'T DO IT. Keeping moisture in will make a tender bird, not dry. I've done it for years, Never has one blown open like they warn you on the box.
