RAIDMAX ATX-268WSP Silver SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 380W Power Supply

Comments: Looks nice, simple, cheap yes, but dispite having 2 80mm fans on the side and being able to mount 2 more 80mm fans on the back I could not keep my 3.4 650 cool with this case. I guess it would be okay for an older system, but if you plan on building a power machine I would not recoment this case. I got a new Lxxx Li PC-V1000 Plus and has made a 15 degree difference.

Pros: Cheap and with a sata capable power supp. The window is nice and plenty of fan mounts.

Cons: Junkzorrrr! The face plate mounts to case these long plastic fingers, 3 of which were broken upon receipt.. Super glue will fix it, but come on :) Edges are razor sharp so wear shark-rated gloves while building with the case hehe. Flimsy and loud.

Overall Review: I'm spoiled by my Silverstone SST-TJ07-BW Black case.. but this Raidmax case is honestly only going to be used for holding 8 hard drives with fans and nothing else, storing it under the desk.

Pros: The case was dirt cheap and came with a solid power supply. I was not worried about what others stated for air flow even with the extra fans as I'm running a low heat Processor (semperon)

Cons: The mobo and case setup created a issue with the LED system on the front of the case. Nothing I really worried about.

Pros: Strong case. Of good quality, especially for the price. Plenty of cooling.

Cons: honestly, none I can think of. Considering your paying for a $40 case, you wont be disappointed.

Overall Review: Bought this as just 'a case' for my old socket A parts. Looking for something that had good cooling and looked alright. Fits the bill perfectly.

Pros: Less than $xx, power supply just keeps on going, looks nice, LESS THAN $xx with power supply.Sturdy for the price. Lots of room.

Cons: I know the 80mm fans on the side will die in about 6 months. Doesn't hurt to buy more 80mm fans to install in the back and replace on the side pannel. 120mm? in the front of the case.

Overall Review: I've had several of these cases and they keep everything where it's supposed to be. I've never had to replace a power supply because of failure. {I turned one of these cases into a server and needed more than 350 watts to run all the HDDs and other assorted ad ons.} The first one is over 3 years old and still runs great. The latest PC has a AMD 4000+ San Diego and it stays @ a whoppin' 40C Running Boinc for 16hrs+., with a stock heatsink & fan. Not too bad without adding any fans or aftermarket cooling. BUT what do you expect for a little over $xx . I've used other cases that cost about the same and they comparitivly suck.

Pros: This case is a simple design..looks nice.. had no problems mounting a mobo onto the unit.

Cons: This case has horrible airflow. My AMD 64 3000+ kept on overheating. I ended up sticking a Thermaltake Venus 12 cooling fan/heatsink and putting it on my amd processor. Cleared up the problem really quick. If you get this case. I would put a different processor fan and heatsink then what comes with your retail processor.

Comments: A lot of folks have been saying that they only have one 60m fan slot in the back and others say they have two. The answer to this is that Radmax made a newer model that has the fan enclosures on the bottom of the side (see picture) and two slots in the back for fans. The older version had the fan in the middle of the window (which looked pretty cool if you put one of those blue LED fans there, matched the lights on the front.) I can't imagine the materials have changed that much. The lights on the front look freaking awesome, and the finish is phenomenal. It's painted like a car for crying out loud. Power button is kind of cheap, and the whole thing will scratch easily so be careful. Other than that, for under 50 bucks, you can't go wrong.

Comments: I bought one of these over a year ago. For the low price, I was impressed by the finish on this case. This is an attractive case that doesn't look like a $xx buy. Definitely a good buy for this price range. Case has held up well.
