Does this case come with the risers I need and the screws I need to put my motherboard in?

Yes. I transplanted a Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P from another older case to this one. When I opened it up, the case came with most of the risers already installed (in the right spots no less) but only one or two missing for my motherboard. I grabbed those from the little plastic bag provided and was good to go. The selection of screws and parts was enough for what I needed.

does this support SSD?

I haven't got an SSD yet, but judging from the inside I don't think there is a place built in for a sad. With that being said there is probably an adapter you could use or there's good old Velcro and what not. lol.

Will A Gigabyte GTX 760 Gpu fit in this case?

Yes I believe so. I would recommend the additional cooling fans in the top. I run an R270x and while it runs cool in its own right the case has low air flow. I'm considering cutting out a side panel fan slot.
Don't get me wrong I'm happy with this case. It's pretty well constructed especially for the price , light weight and it has USB 3 on top. A plus for me

Does it come with dust filters?

Not really it has mesh that will catch some dust but not the spongy material that catches dust really well.  Its an alright case just be careful with the blue stripes they can pop out but you can pop them back in its just a pain sometimes

does it support DVI?

I believe most cases do support DVI since most graphics card have DVI ports. This is a fairly decent case if you're going for a budget build or need a quick and easy case.

Can this case fit a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO? Considering this CPU fan is considerably big?

Hello,
So this case does appear to have an 8" clearance from the product spec (given also motherboard risers and motherboard thickness, probably takes away just short of an inch) and the Hyper 212 Evo has a clearance of 6.2".. From what it looks like, it should be compatible, especially that the side panel has a protruding window, I think this cooler will fit, but it will be a bit tight! I have had a CPU cooler go RIGHT UP against a side panel before, but as long as it's not rubbing on the metal, you're all good!

will this fit an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ and a Sapphire R9 270X?

This can fit a standard ATX motherboard, but its not overly spacious. You can fit the R9 270X, as these form factors were improved and aren't a full-size or oversized PCB for this design. You might need some trickiness routing your power cables to the GPU, but it is possible!

One very dumb question, how do i remove the ODD covers on the case so i can put the ODD in?

If you are talking about the outer disk drive covers I took the front bezel off if I remember there are six screws to remove to take it off or it might just pop off. I did that as I was installing two 120 mm fans in the front. Made getting the outer disk drive covers off easy.

Dose this case support Corsair H60 water cooler. and whats the biggest gpu size this case can support?

This case supports any water cooler that has a 120mm radiator and fan. Perfect fit with the cooler master seidon 120v liquid CPU cooler. 
and the removableplate which holds 3x2.5" HDD/SSD bays makes it possible to install a GPU up to 390mm in length. Which will be plenty for most GPUs all while still having  3x3.5" HHD spots left for your hard drives

In the description it says Black interior with green motherboard tray for stylish look but the pics show the tray black, which is correct?

Its actually a black interior. As a matter of fact the whole thing is black if you want the blue LED color that you see in the pic, you'll have to buy the fans separately.
