The LASCALA case from Silverstone lets you build an HTPC that won't look out of place next to the rest of your equipment. The ATX case is 17" square and has a black satin finish on a door hiding everything but the power button and indicator LEDs. Behind the door are the 2x3.5" and 2x5.25" drive bays plus the FireWire, USB and audio ports.
Inside the case is room for a regular ATX motherboard. Mounting holes are provided for e-ATX and MicroATX. There is a full complement of 7 regular height expansion slots and 2x3.5" internal drive bays.
Keeping all the components cool are 2x60mm fans above the I/O ports in the rear and 1x92mm fan in the front panel. Side vents are included to help with air flow. Now you can put a PC in your living room and nobody will know.
