I used a low profile card in my build, an ASUS HD6450.  The ASUS GTX card appears to be a full profile and to tall for the nMEDIAPC case.  My build was for an HTPC running XBMCBUNTU 13.1.  I actually ended up removing the ASUS HD6450 and using only the AMD A6-5400K's APU graphics--works perfect for movie watching & streaming.  For movie watching I could not see a differance between the A6 APU and the ASUS H64500.

If you are using this case for an HTPC build, then the ASUS GTX750 grahics card is way overkill.  I have built about a dozen HTPC systems and have found that in all cases the APU/GPU CPU's have working very well.  The Intel graphics are good for the Haswell series and just OK for Ivy Bridge series.  All my future builds for HTPC's will use only the AMD A6-5400K, good price, fairly fast and great graphic APU.

If you are using the uMEDIAPC case for gaming with a power hungry CPU then the cooling my be an issue. In any case the high profile video cards are not compatable with this case.   The ASUS HD 6450 will fit, it is cheaper and will work great for a HTPC build.

The only issue I had with the nMEDIAPC case was with the power supply hitting a rivot on the back lower right of the case--I drilled out the rivot and just put a washer under the lower right power supply mounting screw to strengthen the corner of the now missing rivot.  I would give it four stars out of five.
