How many fans does this case have? The top description lists only 2 while the specifications list 4.

will this csae work with GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-4GD REV2.0 video card?

Most likely, if the dimensions of any usual card then it should fit nicely. If it is too big, then you may have to remove the side 180mm side fan in order for it to fit. I removed it so I can fit my Thermaltake NiC C4 cpu heatsink which has a height of 160mm. otherwise I doubt that you would have to reconfigure the case in order to fit a graphics card.

Does it have one USB 3.0 and a 2.0 or are they both 2.0?

both are USB 2.0, i wound up putting in a 3.0 card that used a 3.0 plug adapter that utilized both 2.0 on my motherboard to convert them to 3.0

How do you even take the top off of the case?

The top piece is plastic, there are 4 tabs that protrude through the metal case on the inside (2 above the drive bays and 2 at the rear if I remember correctly) CAREFULLY push the tabs aside and upwards at the same time with your thumb and forefinger with one hand and gently lift with the other on the outside. Start from the rear then move to the front tabs. Again, it's plastic so be gentle . You may have to remove any drives mounted in the upper most drive bay slot to reach the tabs for the top piece.

To clean the side and front filters, the procedure is similar to remove the plastic side and face plate, look for the plastic tabs inside.

I have a GeForce gtx 670 FTW. Measured at 10inch. Would this case be big enough for my video card?

I have a Nividia GeForce GTX 650 Ti. It is 8.5 inches long. From the measurement I made. It looks like anything up to 11 inched will fit. 11 inches from the back of the inside of the case to the bays for your other items. If you have a power supply wire that connects to the side of your video card, you may have to modify the input as did I. It was simple enough to remove the heat shrink on the input and reroute the wires. Of course if you don't use the large 220mm side fan then this shouldn't be a problem

Will this support a double-long water cooling radiator like the Corsair H100i Extreme?

This case has water cooling ports but I am not sure about that specifically. There was pleanty of room for a full size video card. So in answer, there is pleanty of space for most devices but I do not know the dimensions of your cooler.

I have been happy with the case. It is a good value for the money.

Note: None of the fans are case fans that have a lead for the motherboard. Just the larger mob connector. I had to purchase better case fans.

what kind cpu fans work with this case?

I comes with all the fans you need. I had to remove the large door fan because my Cool Master aftermarket heat sink wouldn't let the door close.  The fans I believe are 80 and 120.  I haven't needed to install any fans in the unit beside the ones that came with the box, and they are pretty quiet.

How is the space/positioning of the expansion ports for mATX boards? I read on some of the reviews that they don't line up with some video cards. I'm really nervous this is my first build and I don't want anything to go wrong :(

I am using a pretty small mother board in this case now, MSI H61M-P31, and it fits great. This is the best case I have had in all of the computer builds I have done. It lines up well with the Nvidia GeForce GTX Video card I am using. You cant go wrong with this case.

Question 10

So are the 2 front USB's 3.0? My motherboard has USB 3.0 (Asrock Z77 Extreme4), is there any way to make the ones on the front USB 3.0? Do I need an adapter or what?

the ones on the front are USB 2.0 but the motherboard doesn't matter with the front ports it has its own 3.0 and 2.0 USB on the back the IO shield will label them for you once it is put together.
