I love this case everything except for the silly looking Nvidia Geforce GTX wording. Is it jujst adhered to the case or screwed on or?

The Nvidia GeForce Tag on the left side of the case is simply adhered to it like a sticker. Peel it off, apply some GooGone, and you'll have a clean side panel.

Is this case compatible with Mini-ITX motherboards like the white one?

Yes, its the same Phenom M case just a "Nivida Geforce GTX" branded one

Can you get a window for the side?

No, one side has electrical componentns in it for the buttons and ports, the other side has a large amount of plastic attched to it (not entirly sure why).

You might be able to cut the case and place a window, but it would need to be small and on a location wich is not raised on the side.

Is this the gtx special edition case or the plain black one?

it is the GTX special edition, it has the logo on the right side of case, has the embossed sides and the green vents along the sides at the front and top plastic covers

What is the largest (in terms of height off of mobo) cpu fan/heatsink I can fit inside this case?

Since this case is a little bit wider than your normal cases I would think a 120mm cpu cooler would fit just fine. My main computer is a nzxt phantom full tower and I have a 120mm triple fan cooler from Zalman. I used a standard cpu cooler for this case as I don't need a large cpu cooler in this one.
