No. Top only has room for a 240mm max. You can go up to a 360 in front though and you can put a 120 in the back.

No. The front portion is part of the overall case.

When will this case be in stock again? It has been out of stock for such a long time now.

I've been told that its expected "soon" and also I've been told they have no upcoming shipments yet both by a customer service rep on newegg. Not sure why theres diffferent answers everytime.

Can this case fit an NH-D15?

NH-D15 is a a 165mm tall cooler. So assuming no RAM or Chipset Cooling clearance issues and you don't use the side panel fans, you shouldn't have any issues with that as the case is rated for 170mm tall coolers.
