What type of fan is on top of the case? I want to know the manufacture and brand so i can order an extra one.

There are 2-120mm LED fans in the top of this case. They are controlled by one of the fan switches (Top) on the case. They are connected at/along the rib in the back panel. A lot of connections back there. The wires are pretty long compared to other fans. These fans do not connect to the motherboard.

Will the case fit a micro ATX motherboard?

I used an atx motherboard, However there are support peg holes for your motherboard. A word of caution, If you are new to building a PC, the instructions that come with this case are horrible. You must know what your USB headers look like, and what cables go to the USB 2 and USB 3 headers.
 
Otherwise, this case is beautiful, quiet and has plenty of room for drive expansion. I would recommend this case without hesitation.

Where would to 2 120mm fans go on bottom from what i see there is only one spot and that is in front of where the power supply goes, so would they go on the bottom of the case?

Hey Noah, just bought this case like 3 weeks ago for a build. Under the case, on the outside has only about 3/4 intch of clearance from the chassis to the flat desk top. Still allows good airflow. Also attached to the bottom are the air filters which lower the clearance even more.The PSU sits inverted, with ventilation fan downwards, so that occupys one of the fan slots the description says it has. You could insert a fan to the front of the PSU, but you would also have to consider where your wires come out of the PSU and to your components and wire hang. Honestly for me it wouldent do much for airflow and I am restricted by the modular wires that occupy the space.

I don't recommend buying another fan for that slot as the case moves tons of air with the fans provided. Nice cool breeze coming from the top and back all the time.

Could a r9 280x gpu fit in this? measurements are 11.2" x 5.7" x 1.5"

Also, is it possible to take out the front fans and replace them?

Yes the 280x should fit in fine. The top fans are replaceable and the front to are also but you have to remove the black covering on the front or the hard drive bays to get to them.

Unfortunately, they are blue. But it doesn't detract too much from the overall look.

Overview states seven fans 2 top 2 front 1 back 2 bottom... Specs say 6 fans 2 top 2 front 1 back 1 bottom... Which is it?

There are only 5 built in fans. The 2 top and 2 front have LEDs. The one in back doesn't have LEDs.

hi i bought this case and i dont know how to power the fans on it could someone help me?

All of the fan switches are at the top front panel of the case. It's where the usb ports are. You will slide them to the right to turn them on high, and to the left for low.

Is there any way to remove the front fans? I'm thinking of putting quieter fans in and can only seem to remove the top and back.

Yes, the front cover can be removed to get access to the front fan.  Remove the side panels and you will be able to see some plastic tabs protruding into the area next to the drive bays.  Press the tabs inward and you can remove the front cover.
