Question 1

Is there anyway to disable lights or is there another case by another brand with a similar situation? I plan to build my next pc for a person that would not like the led options so I'd like a way to turn them off or none at all.

No "push a button" way. 
But...
If you don't mind clipping some wires on the fans, you could clip the LED power wire line on the fans. Or you could instead replace to 2 case fans with unlit fans.

I love the case layout with the horizontal motherboard, and 4 sides being almost entirely metal mesh. If the case has the "cool" faactor you are looking for, I would do whatever it takes to disable the LEDs on the fans.

Question 2

What audio ports does this case have? I see 2 in the picture. Are they both audio out? Is one a mic?

Is there a place to put in a sound card? There are no pictures of the back of this case, so I don't know how accessible those outputs would be.

There are two audio ports on the top of the case ... depending upon your motherboard, they can be assigned as either in or out. I use them for my headset and when I plug it in I am prompted as to which I've plugged in  ... mic or audio out. I've plugged the mic in both jacks and it will work in either (just tell the software what you've plugged in.)

As to the back of the case, it has four expansion slots - so whether you can use an audio card depends upon which mATX or ITX motherboard you use and what slots it has ... with four open slots on the case you can fit a double-slot video card and an audio card. Again, that depends upon what slots your board actually has.

Motherboard audio is no harder to get to than on any other case.

does this case include hdmi ports?

Cases typically don't determine what video ports you have.  The video ports (hdmi/display port/vga, etc) would be directly on your graphics card.  Or, in the case you built a machine without a graphics card, on your motherboard.

Question 4

Does this case have enough room to mount a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on socket 1150 without modifications? I Will be using MSI H81M-E34 mATX MOBO.

It has plenty of room to mount what ever you want.  I got one of these cases for my g/f comp and it is awesome.  The mother board lays flat, so you have plenty of room for any size graphics card and cooling unit.  You can put any big fan in there you want, It even has space up above to mount a liquid cooler if you wanted.  And room for 4 hard drives below (2ssd 2hdd)  As long as you have a micro mobo you should be good.  I love the design of the case, and the open space, makes working on it not to bad either.

Question 5

Can someone confirm the power connectors for the fans as 3pin motherboard header connectors or the ancient 4pin molex? I want to be able to use the motherboard headers to control the fans instead of 4 pin molex connectors. I cannot find any information on this and the only videos Ive found on YT have insanely poor lighting and I couldnt tell if it was a 4 pin connector or just the camera playing tricks. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Both fans are 3pin. Also, the front fan is rather flimsy and slow, and both are on the cheap side, I replaced the front fan with an EK 180mm pwm and have had to slightly mod the case for fitment because the EK mounting holes are larger than the 200mm supplied fan.... So just a fyi that it is not 200mm it is 185mm in diameter and 155mm to the mounting points. There is also room for a 80mm fan just behind the SSD mounting point, I highly recommend placing one in there for better air flow in the lower compartment. Over all it is a great micro case, I have the CPU on a 280mm water system and SLI GPU's with a 180mm front rad and a 120 rear rad in a loop and run under 130F while gaming with no noise.

Can you manage to fit the AMD Wraith Stealth cooler that comes with the Ryzen series cpus inside this case?

It'll fit stock coolers no issue. this case is by no means small (its only slightly smaller than a corsair Air540), and you can EASILY fit  a 240mm radiator or air coolers like an evo212.

Question 7

what size fan goes in the lower right on the back next to the psu?  It is not stated anywhere on the web page.

Will this fit an ASUS H81M-A Micro atx motherboard?  I know this is an odd question to ask as it says this is a micro atx case but I just wanted to make sure before I bought it.

I bought this along with a GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 matx motherboard and it fits fine So a standard matx mother board fits. All but one of the motherboard offsets were installed, with additional ones in the parts box..

Its a very well made and nice case. When I wired up the switches and USB / SD card ports looked great  after I rerouted them and zip tied them down.. Depending on what you plan to use as far as drives etc you may find that you nee a bit longer SATA cable for a SSD drive and shorter for hard drives. I highly suggest a modular power supply to minimize the cables you do not need.

Can I fit two graphics cards in this single case?

Depends on the layout of your motherboard. If your MB has the space the case will have the room. It should be noted, however, that any full size graphics card (14" x 6") will prevent the use of an optical drive in the single drive bay up front, as they share the same space.
