whats the max number of  video cards like 1070s you can fit in this?

What will the motherboard support, I'm using an asus mb with slots for 2 cards, using only one at the moment but theres ample room to install a second. Depending on the MB I would say it would hold more, maybe 4 depending on the fit.

How many fans can i put it it i know there are 3 built in but can i fit in more?

Yes, you can put two in the top, but I think there are already five fans, not three. I have this case, plus the older one with seven fans in blue. Excellent cases.

I'm still skeptical, how well does it cool with stock fans?

Stock fans are ok but I always upgrade them, that's just a personal preference. The tower itself is awesome, plenty of room and decent cable management in the back panel. I would recommend this if you have space. Good quality.

Can I custom watercool the PC in this case?

I haven't done that with my pc, but it is a pretty spacious case. One thing I don't like is that you can't remove the drive cages (to my knowledge). That being said, you can remove the drive sleds and store a water reservoir inside the cage. Another factor that might impact your experience is the depth of the case. I have a water cooler for my processor, and its tubes are pressed against the glass panel. However, if you are able to find a configuration of the tubing, or simply use custom-made solid pipes, then it shouldn't be an issue.

This case is Huge and has a lot of room I don't see how anything wouldn't fit into this case. I was thinking about moving a bed into mine and sleeping in there during the winter.

Seriously tho,  you should be fine.

Potentially. As long as your drive uses either a 5.25" or 3.5" drive space, you are good to go.

The front has enough room to fit two 120mm fans, as long as the radiator can meet the same size it should work.

They are for water cooling if you dont wants to have the traditional air cooling

It's got plenty of space to hide all the cabling behind. My install came out looking very clean! No cables seen anywhere except where they connect to the mono and you. Highly recommend this case!
