Can I put a CD Drive in this?

Yes, but there are two challenges: 1; clearance between the back of the drive bay and the motherboard is low, which restricts the potential size of both, and 2; the front panel is gently sloped, which means it is impossible to make the faceplate of the drive completely flush.

Longer disc drives WILL NOT FIT with a full-size ATX motherboard.

will this hold a micro atx motherboard specifically the asrock h61m-dgs?

yes, you might have to move some of the screws around, but it will fit a micro atx.  However, this is a pretty big case, a micro atx board might look kind of wonky inside

how many standoffs does it come with in the box?

I’ve used 3 so far and I had enough for all the holes. I also put a front 120mm fan in front and at top of case. Pretty good case but a little heavy. I did put an ATX board in one.

Will this support/fit a 12 x 9 inch atx motherboard? specifically the EVGA EVGA 123-LF-E653-KR P55 LE motherboard?

I installed a Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming3 ATX board in this case for a friend of mine. I don't know the exact specifications for your EVGA board but I'm sure the board will fit.  Just check to make sure the standoffs are installed correctly.

Has anyone been able to remove the front panel to add intake fans? I bought this case and was able to install fans on the top no problem but can't seem to figure out how to remove the front panel to put in fans up there.Thanks.

The case came with a sheet of paper telling how to do simple things. One of these things is taking off the front panel. Although I have taken off the panel, I have not installed fans myself. Hope this helps. To open the front panel reach under the panel and push back it should take a little force.
