How are the ARGB lights on the front controlled, does it come with a software to install?

they are all controlled by a little controller in the back of the case, it is an ARGB and Fan hub. The overall quality of the case is ok but not recommended by me cause all my case and fan rgb started glitching after a while of using the built in hub controller. Hope This Helps :)

How large is the case, will it fit my Motherboard being the ROG B450-F Gaming?

The case should fit most if not all ATX motherboards (ROG B450-F included). I have a x570 MOBO in there and it fits great!

How do you connect the rgb to the motherboard? I can't figure it out so it isn't connected

Most DIYPC cases in this price range don't have a 3/4 pin RGB connector for mobo, so only a case button control.

How sturdy is it? Like during shipping?

It came in a single box with 3 pieces of tough foam, it was tightly packed and as far as I could see their is no damage.

How do hard drives mount in this case? I don't see traditional drive bays.

You have to take the other side panel off that you can't see through to see it but it's there at the bottom next to where the power supply goes.

What are the dimensions of the power supply area?

Can't say for sure, case is packed now, but width and height are just like any PSU, will fit, but it can't be long though, especially if modular, I'd say anything from 750W and above will be a tight fit, can be hammered in.
