Pre installed fans that come with the case do not work. Am I missing cables? help ?

The fans in my case worked. They worked with the included PWM ARGB controller when I plugged the controller into the relevant ports on my MB. I later bought a PWM ARGB hub (not controller) and the fans work plugged into the hub as well. On the other hand, one of my fans looks like it was refurbished, as the protective plastic was missing and it looked like the central reflective disc was scuffed. It still runs, but did not look new on arrival.
