How do you change the color of the rgb lights?

The color of the RGB fans cannot be changed nor can you change the fan speed. These fans have Molex connectors which give you no control at all. It is basically off/on with the rainbow colors.

I bought the Q1 and noticed later that it only supports 9 x 8 motherboards, I'm wondering if the Q3 supports 9 x 9?

The Q3 will support a 9x9 mobo. The Q3 is 385mm long vs. the Q01 that is only 358mm long. Despite looking similar, the differences are quite apparent when sitting side by side. The Q3 is over an inch longer and about 1/4 inch taller than the Q01.

can u plug the 3 pin argb lights in the mother board and control all 3 lights ?

Yes, there is one 3-pin 5V plug that will connect all 3 fans to a mobo for RGB. The fans are powered by a Molex connection so there is no control over fan speed.

What is the male 2pin connector from the one fan?

The 2 pin connector is to cycle the lighting mode for the fans. The case should have came with the reset header installed into this 2 pin port to allow the case's reset button to change the lighting mode.
