Does this have a disc tray?

Yes. The upper front part of the case has a door.  When you open the door, there are three covers, each one allows a disc tray.  You have to buy and install the disc drive separately.  See picture.

What is the maximum CPU cooler height that will fit in this case?

You get what you paid for.  Looks ok, cheap metal frame. Front fans air flow are restricted due to hard drive mounts.  I have to take it out completely just to cool my R9 280x properly. Second thought I would of just bought a more expensive case with better airflow and build.

Can you fit a cooler master hyper 212 evo in this case?

i'm 90% sure.  it's a wider case than many cases, but the evo is still pretty tall.

Question 4

What after market case fans do you suggest I get? And where should I put them when I get them? I'm about to build a computer with an x4 860k (stock cooler) and a zotac 750ti, 8gb ram without a heat spreader, and a micro ATX motherboard. 320 gb HDD as well. If anybody knows this off the top of their head it would mean a lot to me!

The front fan is red, I made that mistake when I ordered the rear fan.  Put a 120mm fan in the back and it should work.  That is the only fan I bought.  Any on Newegg should work just fine.  There is good airflow in this case.  Current config is running an i7, 6 GB Triple Channel DDR3-2000, 180 GB Intel SSD, 1 TB Green WD, Corsair Modular 650, Asus Triple Crossfire/Sli Mobo, DVD Burner, 2x Tubes of Black light, PCI/e Wifi, Radeon 5870.  It's really just a work computer but does the job well.

Will this fit a AMD R9 390 that is 11 inches deep?

It will fit in the top 4 PCI slots. The bottom 3 PCI slots are exactly 11 inches.

Question 6

I found a protective mesh on the air vent beneath the case.

However, the vent above the case does not have a fine mesh. I did see the same metal hook where the mesh is supposed to be attached on though.

Are there supposed to be 2 meshes, is one missing from my case?

The one I bought was the same way however there is no reason for mesh on the top I don't think. The bottom mesh is to keep dust from getting in off the floor.  I like the case very much.  I have added a red fan from Newegg to the rear also and it looks nice.  Best Wishes!

How am I suppose to put in my 3.5 HDD in there??

it can go in the top 3.5 bay or look on the panel side for the other 3.5 bays

Yes it comes with one fan built in with a red led light. The fan is located in the front at the bottom of the tower. I would HIGHLY suggest getting this if you want a cheap but effective tower.
