Question 1

Are the lights on the fans very bright? I don't want them to be overly bright because it will be next to my monitor, and in my bedroom.

If you only get the 2 fans that come with the case, I personally don't think they are that bright. They do emit some light, but in the dark, its not as bright as a childs night light. Its comfortable and not overbearing. I have my box about 1' to the left of my monitor, don't have any issues at all. I chose the left, just in case it was bright, but even if I switched it, I don't think its too bright at all. Hope this helped...

Question 2

I cant figure out how to remove th covers at the back of the case where the graphics card is supposed to go. The manual says it has screws to loosen, but, i dont se any. It kinda looks like they are designed to break away, but that cant be right. Can it?

Juan, mine has the "break-away" covers too. No great big deal. Just move the metal cover back and forth until it snaps off. There IS a hole where you can fit a screw to retain whatever card you have fitted into your motherboard slot.

How many 5.25" external bays are there? I see four, but have read multiple sources that say there are only two. Thanks!

I just got this case a little while ago and thought i could fit a dual bay reservoir in the case as well as my cd drive. I then discovered that the top isnt usable because of the pcb for all the connectors, so unless you want to modify it in some way, that slot is unusable. I was able to use the middle two for my dual bay reservoir, but when i tried to put the cd drive in the bottom most bay, it wouldnt fit because though the outside looks normal, the inside is uneven with it, and it has some kind of slot for an ssd . so actual usable 5.25 bays would be two.

Will this fit a full sized ATX motherboard? More specifically the GIGABYTE G1 Sniper H6?

I put the following ASUS motherboard into that case. I believe that is (full size) ATX board. I also add four more fans in that case.
GIGABYTE G1 Sniper H6 from its spec is ATX motherboard and it should be fit in that case.

Can you put a 2.5 inch HDD/SSD?

yes above the regular 3.5 in hdd bay there is a 2.5 inch bay that holds 3 ssd's/2.5inch hdd's

will a 120mm fan fit on the side window?

Two 120mm fans will fit on the side window. The bottom spot should fit one in almost any scenario, but the top one may or may not fit one depending on your CPU cooler. I have a liquid cooler attached to the back 120 spot and if I used 2 fans on the radiator, then I couldn't use a fan on the side. I ended up using just one fan on my radiator and put both of the 120 fans on the side. If you do use a radiator, it will also block the top fan spot in the back.

Just recently got the case and i was wondering what the red light on top is? It keeps on flashing and i dont know what its for

Generally those lights are in reference to HDD, depends where you plugged the cable in on your motherboard. It would have been a tiny cable that accepted 2 prongs. Also usually next to the light in fine small print it will say what the light is for as well.

Easily. That's an mATX. Had the same form factor in my Tesseract until I swapped for a full ATX board. This case fit a LOT of stuff. Full size videocards have plenty of room. I recommend this case to anyone looking for a good looking, highly functional budget case.

absolutely. there are 4 slots where you can install optical drives (though the top most slot is partially blocked by the front panel wires, so only 3 functional slots)

this case comes with 2 120 ml blue LED fans, they are not the best fans as they do not move a lot of air, but they are quiet. i put all new fans in to have them all match. the unit will hold 6 120 ml fans total.
