do the fans use 3 or 4pin power or molex?

They use the 3 Pin power connectors (non-pwm).

I just got my case and noticed that I don't have the adaptor for the motherboard RGB synchronization (as shown in the user manual). Is this supposed to be included with the case? Thank you!
