Can this case fit a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO?

Yes, absolutely. I had a 212 Evo in my build with this case before I switched to a x41 Kraken. This is an excellent case all around, with plenty of clearance for fans, rads, etc. If you want more details, I'd check the Hardware Canucks review on YouTube.

Will a Swiftech H220x fit in this?

Yes, it definitely will. The front placement may not work, the opening in the 'floor' of the case toward the front that allows radiators or fans to be placed on the inner side of the mounting brackets is fairly narrow. I've read (in reviews even) that some 240mm x 120mm radiators won't fit in regards to width. The top of the case is much more open, plenty of room to the front and back of the flexible radiator mounts to allow for everything.

Will a Corsair H110i GTX or the NZXT Kraken x61 fit in the top of this case?

Yes, but you cannot mount an optical drive AND a cooler at the same time.

Can you install a 240mm rad and also have a cd/dvd mounted ?

If you mount it in the front you can. The dvd drive is in the back of the case. However if you do mount it in the front you will lose a 3.5 inch hard drive slot.
