Can it fit a ATX PSU?

yea! i have 2 of these and they seem to fit all psus. the only problem is that cable management is tight unless you remove the hard drive cages. If u remove the hard drive cages, you get more airflow and more cable management.

Can i put a disc drive in this case?

No, there are no bays to hold a disk drive so it would have to be an external drive

Is it compatible with the 500w SFX-L from Silverstone?

As long as the SFX or SFX-L power supply has the adapter bracket it will work. This case also works with full size power supplies.

I have a corsair H110i GT i want to use for my next build. Will i be able to safely put that on the top of this case?

Yes it will and it says I can on phanteks website but make sure your motherboard has the 24pin on the side, if it's on top it will work but might want to get an individual sleeved extension so you can do a tight bend. Depending on the cooler you might have to position your fans to where they are mounted to the case and pulling air through the radiator. Also there's a chance that you might not be able to utilize the rear fan mount though I bet you could fit a slim 120mm. Hope this helps, great case by the way!
