Does this case come with the 8 fan slots filled, or do I need to buy them sepratly?

You will need to buy your own fans separately and mount them on your own. The top has enough room for a 360mm mounted liquid cooler or you can mount it to the right side as well. 1 fan can fit on the rear of the case, and one on the bottom as well.
