Is this compatible with a thermaltake Tough Power DPS G 860 modular power supply? I am looking to replace the PCI-E graphics power cable to support a GPU.

I can't speak directly about the thermaltake, but it was fine on an ocz and corsair full modulars. Assuming they haven't broken the standard at thermaltake, you'll be fine!
