Having issues with booting up. All components are drawing power, but nothing on screen. Is this Motherboard defective?

I already have a i7 6700K Gen 6 CPU. Will this work on the newer Gen8/9 motherboards?

This does not support 6th Gen CPU's. The closes board would be the Asus B150M-C.

does this board supports intel i9?

I don't think it can, the i9 uses a different support chipset, this is from Asus webpage for B365M-A... Intel® Socket 1151 for 9th / 8th Generation Core™ i7/Core™ i5/Core™ i3/Pentium®/Celeron® Processors You should check Asus website for more info and full CPU support list.
